Lifetime Warranty

Our commitment to provide our customers with a high quality, durable product is reinforced by our lifetime limited warranty.

The lifetime limited warranty certifies that your Lifetime product is warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original consumer. If your product has a heat control or cord, such specific component parts are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If service should be necessary, please contact your distributor or the Consumer Service Department listed below for instructions and a return authorization number. You may then return the product properly packaged and postage prepaid along with your proof of purchase, name, address, telephone number, and a description of the claimed defect. Any part or parts which, upon examination by the manufacturer, are found to be defective will be repaired or replaced with a similar product without charge during the warranty period.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by commercial use, abuse, misuse, or altered product. Further warranty information can be obtained from our Consumer Care Department.

This warranty is limited to the original consumer with proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void. If it is determined that the product is not covered by this warranty, the consumer may have the product repaired by the manufacturer for a fee, or the purchaser may buy a replacement product at a reduced price of fifty percent (50%) below the current retail price.

THE MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AT THE MANUFACTURER’S SOLE OPTION.THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Lifetime Policies & Programs

Warranty Policies:

Lifetime will, at its sole option, repair or replace the cookware, and return it to the purchaser with a charge for shipping and handling only.  Burned, warped or pitted cookware is a result of improper use and is not covered by this warranty.

Replacement Parts Service:

Should a handle or knob become broken accidentally, it can be replaced for a minimum charge.  Visit the Replacement Parts page for more information.
