Ingredients:
- 1
tube refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 1/2
cup Pizza Sauce (or spaghetti sauce)
- 12
Turkey Pepperoni slices
- 1-1/2
cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation:
- Spread
dough evenly along bottom and slightly up the sides of skillet.
- Spoon
a thin layer of sauce onto dough, spreading almost to the edge of the
dough.
- Place
pepperoni slices on the sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Other toppings
may be added if desired.
- Cover
the skillet and turn heat control to 325° F (165°C ). In the
large size Liquid Core Skillet, cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until pizza
crust is baked and cheese is melted. Wipe the inside of the cover dry
when you check for doneness. An additional minute or two of cooking
time may be necessary.
