Core® Electric Skillet / Casserole and Cover
Ingredients:
- 4 split boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 - 28 ounce can tomatoes, diced, not drained
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 medium onion, sliced, separated into rings
- 2 medium sweet bell peppers cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation:
- Preheat Liquid Core® Skillet, uncovered, at 375°
F. Add chicken, cover skillet, and cook 5 minutes.
- Turn chicken, season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and
onion; stir to combine.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken and macaroni are done.
