CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Large 11 Inch / 28 Centimeter Skillet and Cover
Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gouda Cheese
  • 1- 6 ounce (170g) can Crab Meat, drained
  • 12 large Mushroom caps, stems removed
  • Paprika

Preparation:

  1. In Small Mixing Bowl mix first five ingredients together, or pulse in food processor adding crab last.
  2. Fill each mushroom cap with crab mixture.
  3. Place mushrooms in 11 Inch / 28 Centimeter Skillet, filling side-up. Cover, cook over medium heat until water seal is formed, approximately 5 minutes. Reduce to low heat for additional 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from skillet to serving plates and sprinkle mushroom caps with paprika.
