If you feel your cookware needs repair or replacement, please send your cookware unit to our consumer service department for inspection. Outside the United States, please contact your local distributor. For each cookware item being returned, please fill out the form below, print the resulting page and attach one copy to the cookware item being returned:

Once received by West Bend, our consumer service specialists will inspect your unit and will repair or replace your cookware when applicable. You should expect a turnaround of 10 business days from the date we receive your cookware.
